“We were incredibly lucky to have Falon nanny for us full-time for a year and a half. She helped us with our daughter who, at the time Falon started, was a little over a year old. During that time, her responsibilities and hours changed slightly, and Falon was always flexible and more than happy to accommodate our changing schedules and needs. At times, she watched our daughter 5-days/week, 8-9.5 hours each day; she planned crafts and activities, prepared well-balanced meals and snacks, safely drove to the Children’s Museum, parks, libraries, and the zoo, kept a routine schedule, and helped with sleep training and potty training (significantly!) . When our daughter started part-time Montessori school, Falon was punctual every morning to help with the morning routine and take our daughter to school, then pick her up afterwards and care for her until we arrived home. Falon also helped on occasion with our school-aged children transporting to school/activities and babysitting for date nights. Although Falon now lives in a different state, she has often been able to help with childcare during business trips which obligates her to travel to meet us in various cities. She has always been reliable, dependable, and loyal.”
