Family Application Fee
A $1000 application fee is required for all new families who apply to Little Loves Nanny Agency. The fee is to be paid at the same time the family application is submitted into Little Loves, and is non-refundable.
The application fee allows us to initiate the process of searching for child care providers that fit your specific needs. This is a one-time fee, regardless if you use my services more than once, unless your needs have changed drastically since our last placement*
Agency Placement Fees
*All placement fees are due immediately after a nanny is placed with a family or when a contract between nanny and family has been signed.
*The family is responsible for paying their nanny’s salary directly and is responsible for withholding any and all taxes.
*All of our nannies expect competitive compensation with benefits (i.e. $20-30/hr, PTO, health care stipend, signing bonus, etc.)
The full-time or part-time nanny: $3000
The nanny/household manager: $4000
Nanny Placement
The nanny share (2+ families seeking nanny): $3500
The nanny/family share (1 family seeking additional family and nanny): $4500
Nanny Share Placement
The seasonal nanny (2-3 months): $2000 per season
The Babysitter (*3 hours minimum): $60 agency fee (*babysitter gets paid directly)
Special Event Sitter (wedding, weekend, vacation): Prices Negotiable (~$500-$5000)
Cancellation Fee (less than 24 hours notice): $250
Temporary Placement
We understand that there is always a need for the occasional babysitter, we ask that you try to give us a 2 week advance to find someone to fit your needs. A small fee will be added if sitter is requested on short notice.
The hourly babysitter: $20-30 per hour*
*Rate is dependent on experience of nanny, number of children in need of childcare and other varying factors. This wage is paid directly from the family to the sitter.
