What Little Loves Can Do For Your Family

Our Process:

Upon receiving your application for child care, you will be contacted to set up an interview with Falon in your home. *Due to Covid-19 most interviews will be held online. My goal is to match your family with the nanny that fits best into your lives and your routine. The in-home interview allows me to understand how your household runs on a daily basis and gives me the information necessary for finding the right nanny to integrate into your family. I then proceed to the initial interview stage with some local nannies. After a few options have been selected, I will verify references. Next, I set up interviews between the family and their potential nannies. One or more interviews between the family and nanny may be required before offering a contract.

If your family selects a nanny to hire, an extensive background check will be conducted, and the results will be relayed to the family. If the family chooses to proceed in hiring the nanny, the family will be given an invoice for the agreed upon placement fee and the family will make a payment to Little Loves Nanny Agency, LLC for placing the nanny and will be responsible for making all payments to the nanny for employment thereafter. If the family is dissatisfied with the results of the first 3 interviews, Little Loves will find more potential candidates and the process will begin again. After a nanny placement has been achieved, each family has 60 days to contact Little Loves with any dissatisfaction and we will find a replacement for half of the total paid for all services.

Little Loves is very eager to meet your needs and make finding the right nanny an overall stress-free and convenient experience for your family. Whether you are expecting your first baby, a family of 3, 4 or more, I am with you every step of the way. I will continue to check in with your family, even after the nanny is placed, to make sure you are satisfied in every way.
