What Little Loves can do for your child care career:

Upon receiving your application to provide child care, your references will be verified to make sure you have doting reviews and a minimum of 2 years childcare experience. Preference may be given to those who have full-time childcare experience, and those with a college education. The next step is the initial interview process. Having already met with the family in need, we will be able to give you a run down of exactly what will be expected in your new potential job. We will be looking to make sure each nanny fully understands the requirements of the job at hand and is fully prepared to do all tasks. It is important that both the nanny and the family are getting their needs met and are comfortable and happy working together.

Once we establish that you would be a great fit for the family in need, we set up an interview for you and the family (this interview may or may not involve the children). If the family is interested, we then use an outside source to conduct a rigorous background check (your assistance is required to do so). We encourage you to be forthcoming about anything that background check may find. All results will be extended to the family. If they choose to hire you, you will be notified by Little Loves, and your employment will begin promptly.

In order to provide stability to the family we encourage our nannies to agree to work with a family for a minimum of 1 year. *Due to Covid-19 many families are requesting flexibility about changing work and school schedules. The key to a home continuing to run smoothly is safety and communication. It is very important that each nanny experiences joy and comfort in working with the family that employs them. Little Loves will continue to check in with you to make sure you are working in a happy and healthy environment.
