A Little About Me:
Hello and welcome! I am Falon Simpson, founder and operator of Little Loves, a private nanny placement agency. As the youngest member of my entire extended family, I didn’t have much experience working with children until I was in college. At the time, I lived in Tucson, Arizona and was working towards a BA in Cultural and Biological Anthropology at the University of Arizona when I picked an occasional babysitting gig from a friend of a friend. From there I moved on to working at a Montessori school and then in the private sector and the rest is history…
Today, I reside in the beautiful Triangle area of North Carolina and, with over 10 years of childcare experience, have made a living as a hardworking and dedicated professional nanny and entrepreneur. The love I’ve experienced for and from all of the children and families I have worked with, has allowed me to follow through with making childcare a profession — It’s an important one at that! I have a passion for helping a family feel safe, secure and run smoothly.

Little Loves Nanny Agency came to life with the purpose of connecting families and nannies together. As a nanny, the bonds I've created with the kids I've worked with over the years have been truly unique. However, the bonds I’ve created with the families as a whole have been an integral part of my life both during employment and for years after.
